Privacy

We process account details such as your name and email, photos you upload, generated designs, and order details such as your contact and shipping address. Passwords are stored as salted password hashes.

We use this information to sign you in, save your library, generate designs from submitted photos, prepare product previews, process orders, provide support, and protect the service.

Submitted images are sent to OpenAI image services to generate designs. Image files are stored in Cloudflare R2. Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not ask you to send payment card details by email.

We count page visits with our own anonymous statistics and do not store your IP address. When you arrive from another website or a promotional link, we keep a small first-party cookie for 30 days that records only where you came from (for example the campaign name) and any promo code in the link. We use it to understand which channels bring customers and to apply that promo code at checkout. It does not contain your name or email.

Some completed product mockups can be selected by our team for the public Gallery. If you have a question or concern about a displayed image, contact [email protected] and include its page or order details.

Your original photos and account library are accessed through authenticated account routes. We retain account, image, and order records to operate the service; a fixed deletion schedule is not currently published. Contact us to ask about your information.
