Personalized product returns and replacements
Personalized Pebbles, Wood Slices, and Fridge Magnets may be returned or exchanged for verified quality issues, such as an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos so we can review it. For a verified quality issue, we will arrange a replacement or reshipment and pay the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund. Because these products are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or personal preference. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
